Thank you for choosing to adopt your puppy from Puppy Heaven — the world’s largest seller of the world’s smallest teacup puppies. These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between you, the new Owner, and us, Puppy Heaven Kennel.

You understand and acknowledge all responsibilities involved with purchasing a new teacup puppy for adoption from the Puppy Heaven Kennel online store. You recognize that you are to give this living animal special care and attention, and you are able to take care of such an animal financially as well as emotionally.

As a courtesy, Puppy Heaven is only responsible to hold your puppy for 7 calendar days from the time of purchase. Your pickup or delivery arrangement must be made within this timeframe. If for whatever reason the new Owner needs more time to make these arrangements, then Puppy Heaven Kennel can hold your puppy and watch after it for $30.00 per each additional day. $30.00/day is the official kenneling fee. If the new Owner fails to contact Puppy Heaven or communicate with us within this 7-day grace period, then we have the right to make your puppy available to other families. Your payment will then be kept as store credit. Store credit is non-refundable.

Puppy Heaven reserves the right to refuse service or purchase to anyone. Under special circumstance, we reserve the right to delay pickup or delivery. The New Owner may have an option to choose a different puppy or wait until we release the puppy from our kennel. The New Owner may also choose to be placed on our waiting list for another desired puppy or for future available teacup puppies. When the puppy is ready to leave Puppy Heaven and go home, we will notify the New Owner. You will then have 48 hours to make the arrangements to pick up your puppy or have it shipped. Failure to make the arrangements will result in $30.00/day kennel processing fee, unless otherwise agreed with Puppy Heaven Kennel.

The New Owner must take all responsibility to feed the puppy regularly and as instructed to do so by a Puppy Heaven Team Member. Failure to feed properly and/or failure to contact Puppy Heaven within 2 hours of any eating abnormalities will result in the puppy’s Health Warranty to be voided.

The New Owner must notify Puppy Heaven regarding the results of the vet exam. This exam is a requirement of Puppy Heaven’s Health Warranty. Failure to contact us will result in the puppy’s Health Warranty to be voided.

Puppy Heaven never guarantees the full grown size of your new teacup puppy. However, Puppy Heaven does provide well made estimates. Our employees are trained to know their sizes, but actual sizes depend on many external factors such as diet and daily activity. Puppy Heaven offers absolutely no refunds or exchanges in this regard.

Puppy Heaven, in the rare and unlikely event the new Owner cannot manage its new puppy and take proper care of it, reserves the right to claim the puppy back into ownership. If Puppy Heaven accepts the puppy back into its nursery based on health qualifications, there will be no refund for the new Owner, who has to release custody of the puppy.
