Our baby boy arrived last night and he is sooo precious. This was a seamless process. We contacted Puppy Heaven sharing what type of dog we were desiring. They were patient with us as we selected our little guy. There was ongoing communication regarding his travel plans etc. They called upon his arrival and continued to check in with us. Their exceptional customer service doesn’t surprise me at all because this is the second puppy we’ve purchased from them in four years.
