I want to give a special thanks to ’Shy’ at the Las Vegas, NV ‘Puppy Heaven’! While at the dentist, my husband said, ‘go to this address and check out their puppies’. I mapped my way to our newest family addition. I showed up without an appointment and met Shy and the last toy Yorkie of his litter. We were a perfect match. Shy welcomed me and introduced me too ‘Jay Z’, now “Gucci Hermes”. Shy’s customer service and knowledge was beyond exceptional. She was kind, patient and friendly. Shy answered my questioned and concerns and explained the purchase line-by-line. Gucci is well mannered, healthy, joyful and most of all easily trainable.
